The Jurisight method shares mindfulness with lawyers, judges, and law students, using the language, imagery and culture of the law to communicate fundamental mindfulness insights and exercises.

Since 1998, Jurisight has been introduced to thousands of legal professionals in workshops, presentations, and classes across the country. Developed by Scott Rogers, the Jurisight approach offers an accessible and memorable method of learning mindfulness and integrating it into one’s personal and professional life.

Law students and faculty will find a thorough introduction to the Jurisight method in the book “Mindfulness for Law Students,” presently being used in numerous law school classes across the country. Attorneys and judges will find an accessible introduction to the Jurisight in the book, “The Six-Minute Solution: A Mindfulness Primer for Attorneys.”

This website offers a sampling of the ways that Jurisight uses legal terms and images to teach mindfulness.

The University of Miami School of Law’s Mindfulness in Law Program offers a comprehensive offering of classes and workshops that draw on Jurisight, most notably in the 8-Week 1L program, “Jurisight for 1L Students” and the curriculum classes, “Mindful Ethics,” “Mindfulness in Law,” and "Mindful Leadership."
