PreJudgment Attachment

In the law, “prejudgment attachment” is a procedure where one can obtain an attachment prior to a judgment.

This is the one legal term that does not have a corresponding Jurisight application as there is no attachment, or clinging, without a judgment. Hopes and desires are judgments the mind makes about what it wants. Mental clinging and attachment follows from these judgment.

If the motion to recuse is granted, and there is no judgment, then there is no attachment.
